Breathe Deep and Do Yoga

For the past few months I have been working with my AMAZING volunteer coordinator, Vicki Browdy (seriously she’s wonderful!), on Breathe Deep Chicago Yogathon and I am beyond excited for Sunday!

9:30 Zoe/ Marcia/ Mariann: Vinyasa Flow

11:00 Debbie: Micro Vinyasa Flow

12:30 Amy/Pam: Slow Flow

2:00 Guy: Alignment based Flow class

3:30 Julie: Yin Yoga

5:00 Gong by Petra

Aside from all of the fabulous classes we have going on and massages in between (yes, you can go to a full day of yoga and get a massage for only $40 . . . unheard of in Chicago) we have stellar raffle prizes from private yoga sessions to home delivered Paleo dinner for 2 and even a foot massage!
